We call it a Breakthrough Coaching Assessment because our goal is to do more than just tell you about our program.

Even if you decide that coaching is not a perfect choice for you today, we have designed the assessment so that you will leave the session with some new perspectives on your health situation, an action plan, and 3-4 specific recommendations that you can put into action right away.

How Does the Breakthrough Coaching Assessment Work?

• If you are interested in participating in a Breakthrough Coaching Assessment, you can Fill Out a Breakthrough Coaching Assessment Request ,and we will contact you to schedule your session.
  
  
• Once your session is scheduled, we will send you a questionnaire that will help us to get a better picture of your overall health. You can choose to fill it before your assessment session, or if you prefer, you can wait until your session to respond to the questions.
  
  
• Sessions can be held via telephone or in person. You can indicate your preference in the request form.
  
  
• The cost of the Breakthrough Health Assessment is $125. If you opt to move forward with the Group or Individual coaching option, the amount can be applied towards your coaching investment.
  
  
• At the end of the session, you will have a better understanding of our programs, along with a plan of action for moving forward and 2-3 specific recommendations for your situation.
